• Terms and Conditions will be change from time to time without any prior notice.
• Initially Customer Should choose type of Plans available with us (Post Paid / Prepaid Plans)
• Internet Plans are FUP and Unlimited Plans.
• The Customer or Subscriber should pay Subscribption amount in advance as mentioned in the plan details and Simultaneously subscriber should submit Registration Form, Address Proof, ID Proof, Passport Size Photo to complete the Subscriber Registration.
• Service Tax is Applicable.
• Service activation will be done within 3 to 5 working days from the date of realisation of the subscription amount. In case of cheque payment, service installation and activation may take 6-10 working days from cheque submission date.
• No Refund will be given after installation.
• In case of service discontinuation, the subscriber shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition. In the event of subscriber not being able to deliver the modem to the company, for reasons attributable to their action/account, the modems would be assumed to be permanently undeliverable to any person including the company. In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working condition, the company would charge the subscriber Rs.1500 per modem not returned or returned in non-working condition towards penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service. This is applicable for all plans.
• As per the regulations of Telecom Authority, if the mobile number mentioned during Registration process, if this number is registered under National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry, you will not receive SMS from jeefiber. By signing this form you explicitly agree and give your consent to receive SMS communication irrespective of your mobile number registration under NDNC registry
•  In case subscriber wants to shift to a new location, delivery of connection will be subject to feasibility and shifting charges will be applicable.
• The customer agreed that he will not disturb the Installation without permission.
• The customer agreed that he is responsible to maintain the service in lawful manner at his end. Any sort of discrepancy or any un-lawful incidents occurs from his end, it is whole binding on the customer.
• The Service Provider is not responsible for Technical Failures of the service in any manner. Customer agrees that there will be no sort of claim on these failures.
• The Customer agrees that he himself will know all the Rules, Regulations of the Government Policy and Acts on his own from time to time. Any consequences and damages and discrepancies due to non compliance of the Government Rule will be binding only on the Customer.
• The Service Provider will have the right to collect all the Taxes imposed by the Government from time to time without any intimation to the customer. However Service Provider will try to intimate such Taxes collections in advance as far as possible.
• Customer agrees that the Service Provider or his representatives are allowed to visit the premises at any time and can check the Equipment in the interest of service. Customer agreed to accept the revised tariff and packages from time to time suitably modified service provider will inform such modifications 30 days in advance to the customer.
• The Customer agreed to intimate at least 30 days before in writing if he does not require the service from the service provider.
• The Service Provider has right to amend or to incorporate any of the terms and conditions at any time if it is required in the interest of service.
  Customer agreed to pay the service charges as per the bills issued by the Service Provider from time to time.
• The Customer agreed to safe guard the service provider's equipment installed with him. Further agreed that he will compensate any loss or damage.
• The Custumer agreed to return back the equipment installed at the costumer premises by the service provider at the time of termination of their connection
• The Customer agrees to pay the entire outstanding bills amount to the service provider if he intends to withdraw the service. Without settlement of account the service will not be withdrawn and the bills raised should be paid with 24% P.A interest till settlement.
• Customer agrees that the service provider is liberal to disconnect the service at any time without any intimation to the customer if there is pending payment, or any advise from the government authorities to do so or Service Provider feels it is required in the interest of service.
• All disputes are subjected to the Vishakapatnam jurisdiction only.
